On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan

Our country is implementing extensive reforms aimed at supporting entrepreneurship and promoting production. In particular, special attention is being paid to the poultry sector to ensure the population is supplied with affordable and high-quality food products.

The Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ЎРҚ-1063 dated 16.05.2025, adopted by the Legislative Chamber on February 18, 2025, and approved by the Senate on April 29, 2025, exempts business entities engaged in poultry production from paying land tax on legal entities until January 1, 2030.

This exemption provides significant opportunities for entrepreneurs involved in poultry farming. Being exempt from land tax reduces their expenses and leads to a decrease in production costs.

Moreover, this law helps attract new investments to the sector. Land tax exemption is an important incentive for entrepreneurs planning to start activities in the poultry industry. This, in turn, contributes to the creation of new jobs and has a positive impact on the economic development of regions.
